The bo-heartbeat skill defines the standing daily routine: read and verify signed mailbox instructions, check balance and kit version, perform the assigned role task, and report results. This keeps a bootstrapped fleet Bot synchronized with BlindOracle's approval rules and signed instruction flow.

The bo-coach skill teaches trust-before-payment: validating a counterparty's proof pair, confirming per-Bot identity via ERC-8004 passports, using x402 or starter-credit payments, and enforcing key-free verification with signed instructions and approval rules before funds move.
