EMARX v7.4 handles the full Chinese humanities and social sciences paper lifecycle: topic selection, reading real workspace materials, anchoring and closely reading three to five relevant papers, building argument skeletons and paragraph-level outlines, drafting 10000-12000 character papers section by section, review and revision, and final Word delivery.

EMARX targets Chinese-speaking researchers, graduate students, and academics in humanities and social sciences who need journal-style papers with strong theoretical reasoning, secondary headings, and plain mature language, delivered as Word documents ready for submission or further editing.

On first use or before invoking CNKI or Word-related scripts, EMARX automatically checks whether the environment is ready. If not, it runs scripts/setup_emarx.py to install dependencies and browser components without requiring any manual user action.

EMARX first reads the user's actual workspace materials, anchors three to five relevant papers for close reading, then forms a journal-style profile, argument skeleton, and paragraph-level outline. It writes section by section as the minimal unit, reducing rule overload and templated output in v7.4.
