It scrapes LinkedIn and Indeed through the free JobSpy guest API plus Google Jobs via JSearch, then merges and deduplicates results into one list.

Yes. It extracts skills from your PDF, DOCX, or TXT resume and scores every posting from 0 to 100, with an optional deeper re-rank of the top matches.

Do I need a LinkedIn account or paid API keys?▼

No. JobSpy uses LinkedIn's public guest API with no login, and JSearch offers a free tier of 200 requests per month.

Can it write cover letters automatically?▼

It generates cover letter drafts in your Obsidian vault, but only for the job numbers you explicitly select from the daily tracker.
