Yes. It renders NEXRAD Level 2 radar images and model maps for variables like CAPE, reflectivity, wind, and helicity from models such as HRRR, GFS, and NAM.
Does it work for locations outside the US?▼
Yes. The wx_global tool uses Open-Meteo to provide weather data for any location worldwide.
Do I need to build the Rust backends manually?▼
No. The plugin automatically downloads and builds required Rust binaries on first use, as long as a Rust toolchain is available on your machine.
