Yes. It follows the standard SKILL.md format and runs in Claude Code and Codex via the /x-reach command.

Can it tell if I am shadowbanned?▼

It runs a shadowban differential check for sudden follower-only reach, but it cannot see server-side labels, so it only reports what the published code shows.
