What problem does it solve?

The SPAR phase helps teams challenge and expand thinking before planning, preventing premature commitments by surfacing assumptions and blind spots.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Quadrant Rotation: challenge from individual inner, collective inner, individual outer, and collective outer with targeted questions.
  • Level Elevation, Domain Pull, Inversion, Height Check, Time Trajectory: structured sparring moves to probe ideas from multiple angles.
  • Conducting the Session and Output: a bounded dialogue (5-7 exchanges) with a final SPAR Summary to feed PLAN.

Quick Start

Start a SPAR session by identifying the strongest conviction and guiding a 5-7 exchange sparring flow to surface objections and unresolved tensions, then decide readiness for PLAN.
