What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you decide where design effort will produce the most value when you’re facing too many features, controls, or content candidates to treat equally.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Pareto-style prioritization: Identify the small “critical” subset that drives the majority of outcomes, then allocate the most time to that subset.
  • Information architecture and UI surface decisions: Decide what should be primary, what should be tucked away behind disclosure, and what should be reduced or cut.
  • Design planning across contexts: Apply the same discipline to roadmap scoping, dashboard and settings-page audits, onboarding, and documentation focus.

Quick Start

Ask an AI: “Using the 80/20 rule, tell us which features in this product should get the most design polish and which should be tucked away or cut based on typical usage and user tasks.”
