What problem does it solve?
This Skill unit validates the integrity of Skill definitions by ensuring that each Skill's SKILL.md frontmatter includes the required name and description, and that the body is present and properly structured.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Validates the mandatory frontmatter fields (name, description) and optional metadata (version, author).
- Checks that the Skill body exists and is ready to load into context upon activation.
