What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps teams plan and orchestrate reliable delivery by turning context, risks, and strategies into a concrete, executable delivery plan. It emphasizes planning-only steps (not artifacts) and ensures a living plan with runs, checkpoints, and rationale.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Create and maintain an engagement delivery plan that captures context, risks, strategies, runs, and checkpoints.
- Classify risks (value, technical, delivery, domain, integration, AI-model) and map them to targeted run patterns and checkpoints.
- Save and validate the plan at a consistent workspace path (e.g. <workspace>/agile-delivery-plan.md) and track revisions via a changelog.
Quick Start
Create a living agile delivery plan at <workspace>/agile-delivery-plan.md by describing context, risks, and strategy, then iteratively define runs and checkpoints and save the plan.
