What problem does it solve?

Experimental file-based war room for handoffs between abd-delivery-lead and abd-team-member: delivery-war-room/ under the engagement workspace with INSTRUCTIONS.md, manifest.md, and slot-NN-start.md / slot-NN-finished.md. Not wired into the delivery-lead or team-member agents until re-integrated from first principles. Use this skill only when you explicitly opt in to the war-room pattern and copy the templates below into the engagement.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Durable, on-disk state storage under the engagement root for handoffs between lead and team member.
  • Slot-based workflow with per-slot files (slot-01-start.md, slot-01-finished.md) to structure handoffs.
  • Templates (INSTRUCTIONS.md, manifest.md) guide engagement setup and progress tracking.
  • Simple resume: read disk to continue from the first unfinished slot and pick up where you left off.

Quick Start

Create the engagement root path and a delivery-war-room folder, copy the INSTRUCTIONS.md template into it, write manifest.md, and start with slot-01-start.md.
