Thin-slicing organizes a story map into ordered, end-to-end increments that deliver observable value, enabling faster learning and risk validation.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Define prioritized increments from a story map and group stories in flow order under each increment.
- Distinguish spine (mandatory path) from optional paths or enhancements to guide planning of releases and learning.
- Write both templates in templates/thin-slicing.md and templates/thin-slicing.txt with identical increment coverage to support downstream tooling.
