  • Reference history: Read from Commerce-Agent/past-products/ to surface similar items and extract consistent naming conventions, shipping class, tax status, category, and price style.
  • Information gathering: Collect essential product details (name, price, sale price, category, shipping, tax status, images, variations) from the Director or system prompts.
  • Draft creation: Generate inbox/YYYY-MM-DD-[product-slug]-draft.md with structured product data, including Basic Info, Descriptions, Images, Variations, and SEO metadata.
  • Workflow management: Present draft for review and await GREEN LIGHT before upload to WooCommerce; preserves audit trail with session log and past-product reference.
