SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Keeps Telegram groups manageable when deploying multi-agent teams by giving each subagent a distinct bot identity and routing their messages through dedicated pool bots.

Core Features & Use Cases

Pool bot orchestration: Initializes send-only Grammy Api instances and renames them per sender so each role appears as a separate Telegram identity.
IPC enhancements: Extends the MCP send_message tool with an optional sender field and routes Telegram messages through the pool when provided.
Guided behavior: Updates CLAUDE.md instructions and environment variables so teammates consistently use the sender parameter, share short messages, and rely on multi-channel formatting rules.

Quick Start

Ask Auggie to run /add-telegram-swarm after you have provisioned the Telegram pool bots and supplied their tokens so agent teams post from dedicated identities.

FAQPage Schema

How do I give each Telegram bot agent a separate identity in a group chat?▼

To give each Telegram bot agent a separate identity, you route subagent outputs through dedicated pool bots. This provides per-role identities by initializing and renaming send-only bot instances for each sender.

What are pool bots and how do they route multi-agent messages in Telegram?▼

Pool bots are dedicated Telegram bot identities used to route multi-agent messages. The system initializes send-only API instances and renames them per sender so each agent role appears as a separate Telegram identity.

Do I need specific bot tokens to deploy multi-agent teams in Telegram groups?▼

Yes, deploying multi-agent teams in Telegram groups requires TELEGRAM_BOT_POOL tokens. You must provision these dedicated pool bots and supply their tokens before initializing the bot pool orchestration.

How do I update IPC send_message to route outputs through the Telegram bot pool?▼

To route outputs through the Telegram bot pool, you extend the IPC send_message tool with an optional sender field. When the sender metadata is provided, messages are automatically routed through the corresponding pool bot.

Can I use NauggieClaw multi-agent teams inside Telegram groups without visible identity separation?▼

Yes, but without visible identity separation, multiple NauggieClaw agents will post from the same bot identity. Applying pool bot routing ensures each agent role appears as a separate Telegram identity for manageable group chats.
