ADRs provide a consistent, auditable format to capture architectural decisions, rationale, alternatives, and tradeoffs, reducing ambiguity and rework.

- Lifecycle and naming: Use ADR-NNN-title.md naming and store ADRs under ADRs/ with templates from references/adr-template.md.
Quick Start
Create ADR-001 for a new design decision and save it under ADRs/ using the adr-template.md from references/.
