What problem does it solve?

This Skill prevents autonomous agents from running unattended without boundaries by enforcing an AFK contract that guarantees bounded runtime, bounded cost, and visible completion outcomes.

• Bounded runtime and cost: Enforces a maximum time window and token budget so work cannot spiral or hang indefinitely.
• Stop guards and completion verification: Intercepts exit attempts and allows stopping only when completion criteria are satisfied.
• No silent failure with completion notifications: Ensures the system reports status and notifies you when work is finished (including when it must stop due to guards).

Quick Start

Tell your agent, “Run the task you were assigned for a maximum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 2000 tokens, use stop guards to prevent early exit, and notify me when you have completed the defined completion criteria.”
