What problem does it solve?

This Skill facilitates coordinated discussions across multiple AI agents, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow with a shared markdown log.

Core Features & Use Cases

Multi-Agent Coordination: Manage discussions between various AI agents like Claude, Gemini, Codex, and more.
Shared Log: Use a shared markdown file for all agents to read and append entries, maintaining context.
Phased Workflow: Follow a structured phase model including Research, Converge, Stabilize, Action-List, Approval, Execute, and Closeout.
Triggered Actions: Respond to triggers like "agent coordination", "coordination session", or specific mentions of coordination protocols.
Use Case: Ideal for complex projects requiring input from multiple AI agents, such as collaborative research or large-scale decision-making processes.

Quick Start

Initiate a coordination session by saying, "Start a coordination session on the [topic]."

Frequently Asked Questions about agent-coordination

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate multiple AI agents in a shared workflow?▼

You can coordinate multiple AI agents by using a shared markdown log that agents read and append to. This enforces a structured phase model—Research, Converge, Stabilize, Action-List, Approval, Execute, Closeout—ensuring agents follow predefined protocols for collaboration.

What is the phase model for multi-agent AI collaboration?▼

The multi-agent collaboration phase model includes Research, Converge, Stabilize, Action-List, Approval, Execute, and Closeout. Agents must follow these predefined phase rules when appending to the shared markdown log to ensure structured and efficient workflow progression.

How do I start a coordination session for complex project decision-making?▼

Start a coordination session by triggering the workflow with a phrase like "Start a coordination session on the [topic]." This initializes a shared markdown log and prompts participating AI agents to follow the structured phase rules for project decision-making.

Can I use structured collaboration to manage discussions between Claude and Gemini?▼

Yes, you can manage discussions between AI agents like Claude, Gemini, and Codex using structured collaboration. Agents interact by reading and appending to a shared markdown log, maintaining context across complex research and large-scale decision-making processes.

What triggers the multi-agent coordination workflow?▼

The multi-agent coordination workflow triggers on specific keywords or file mentions, such as "agent coordination", "coordination session", or specific mentions of coordination protocols. This activates the structured phase model and shared markdown logging.

When should I use a shared log for AI workflow coordination?▼

Use a shared log for AI workflow coordination during complex projects requiring input from multiple AI agents. It is ideal for collaborative research or large-scale decision-making processes where maintaining continuous context across agents is required.
