SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Provides a structured approach to assigning work to specialists, escalating blockers promptly, and coordinating multi-agent workflows to maintain momentum and quality.

Core Features & Use Cases

Agent Assignment Matrix: ensures the right specialists handle tasks
Blocker Escalation Protocol: clear escalation paths with deadlines
Pre-Implementation Gate: ensures acceptance criteria and reviews before work starts
Evidence Attachment: capture and attach progress evidence to tickets
TDM Boundaries: defines what the TDM can and cannot do

Quick Start

Assign a task to the Data Engineer, escalate a blocker to ARCHitect when needed, and attach an evidence block to Linear.

Frequently Asked Questions about agent-coordination

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I assign tasks to specialist agents in a multi-agent workflow?▼

Agent assignment uses a matrix that routes tasks to the right specialists based on their role. Define which agents handle data engineering, architecture, product ownership, and other functions, then attach task details to Linear tickets specifying the assigned agent and expected turnaround.

What's the best way to escalate blockers in team workflows?▼

Blocker escalation follows a protocol with clear paths and deadlines. Flag blockers immediately in Linear, assign them to the appropriate escalation level (ARCHitect, POPM, or specialist), document the blocker reason, and attach supporting evidence to trigger resolution within SLA.

How do I implement a pre-implementation gate before work starts?▼

Pre-implementation gating captures acceptance criteria and review sign-offs before coding begins. Attach evidence blocks to Linear tickets documenting requirements, design review approvals, and stakeholder acceptance, preventing rework and maintaining quality across team deliverables.

Can I use this approach to attach evidence and progress updates to Linear tickets?▼

Yes. Evidence attachment embeds design documents, test results, approval records, and status updates directly into Linear tickets, creating an audit trail and enabling ARCHitect and POPM to review and approve work without context-switching between tools.

What are TDM boundaries and how do I define them?▼

TDM boundaries clarify which decisions and tasks belong to the technical delivery manager versus specialist agents. Defining these prevents duplication, speeds escalation, and ensures the right person owns each decision—reducing delays when blockers arise.

How do I coordinate delivery across multiple teams with different agents?▼

Multi-agent coordination synchronizes task delegation, blocker escalation, and evidence capture across teams using the agent assignment matrix and shared Linear tickets. This maintains momentum by ensuring blockers surface quickly and specialists receive clear priorities and dependencies.
