What problem does it solve?
This Skill eliminates the manual and error-prone work of keeping a coherent, machine-readable registry of Pi-CEO skills aligned with the agentskills.io v1 format for Hermes runtimes.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Skill registry export: Walks Pi-Dev-Ops/skills/, normalizes every SKILL.md frontmatter into the agentskills.io v1 manifest schema, and generates a single agentskills.json plus agentskills.yaml at the repo root.
- Topology-aware dependency extraction: Extracts tool and skill references from tables and topology patterns in SKILL.md, with best-effort inference and flags for low confidence.
- Safety bindings annotation: Derives kill-switch, HITL gate, and PII handling attributes from Safety sections to support downstream policy checks during runtime onboarding.
- Use case: Prepare a Hermes-compatible skill registry export so the same skill metadata can power a registry browser/search and make Hermes configuration switching a straightforward change.
Quick Start
Run python -m swarm.agentskills_manifest to generate agentskills.json and agentskills.yaml at the repository root.
