What problem does it solve?

This Skill prevents coding agents from wasting time and context by forcing a quick classification of the repository shape (Greenfield, Brownfield-large, Mid-size-familiar, Library/SDK) before the agent commits to a tool, context primitive, and autonomy level.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Repo-state classification in ~5 minutes: uses a lightweight SOP (git counts, repo shape, and a 5-question rubric) to assign one of four states.
• State-to-strategy mapping: selects the best workflow primitives and tool choices (e.g., scaffolding vs repo-map vs test-fix loop) and sets autonomy/add budgets.
• Multi-state handling (monorepos): reruns the gate per subdirectory so different packages can follow different strategies.
