What problem does it solve?
A standing 5-minute ritual for post-launch beta operations that consolidates Sentry triage, key DB counts, feature-flag state, suspended-user count, pending mentor applications, and recent moderation activity into a single health snapshot. It replaces ad-hoc "how's the platform" questions with a consistent dashboard so trends become visible.
