FAQPage Schema

How do I create a project board and assign AI agents to tasks?▼

To create a project board, you outline your product or version goals, and the system auto-derives tasks with dependencies for agent assignment. It scaffolds the board generation and maps task dependencies to specific agents across project phases.

What is AI-driven project planning and how does it handle task dependencies?▼

AI-driven project planning orchestrates end-to-end workflows by mapping goals to tasks and defining dependencies. It automatically assigns agents to tasks, applies gap analysis, and monitors progress with phase checks and guardrails.

Can I use this for versioned releases or is it only for new product launches?▼

You can use this for both new product launches and versioned releases. Board generation supports mapping goals to tasks and assigning agents across any project phase, handling gap analysis and dependency mapping for either context.

How do I monitor task progress and check project phases during an AI workflow?▼

You monitor task progress through the phase-aware workflow, which provides gap analysis, task scaffolding, and continuous updates. The system applies phase checks and guardrails to ensure the AI-driven board stays aligned with project goals.

Do I need to manually map task dependencies before assigning agents to a board?▼

No, you do not need to manually map task dependencies. The system automatically derives tasks from your outlined goals, maps their dependencies, and handles agent assignment to coordinate the end-to-end project workflow.
