What problem does it solve?
Notion and Slack-based AMA coordination often suffers from fragmented workflows, manual tracking, and inconsistent question-to-answer readiness. This skill automates end-to-end AMA prep by ingesting Polly questions from Slack, organizing them into a Notion AMA document, categorizing and assigning questions to execs, posting a heads-up to Slack, and verifying that every question has at least one answer before the live session.

- Ingest Polly questions from Slack and populate the Notion AMA doc with categorized queues per exec.
- Auto-assign questions by topic to designated execs and notify the exec team in Slack.
- Validate completeness by checking for at least one answer bullet per question and generating a concise executive summary for live preps.
