This Skill standardizes responsive page/grid layouts so content placement stays consistent, RTL-safe, and free of nested scrollbars while honoring the project’s design-tokens contract.

• Reading-measure content sizing using ch-based constraints to keep prose comfortable while still allowing wide/bleed escape hatches.
• Hard authoring guardrails: logical CSS properties for RTL mirroring, min-width: 0 on grid children, a single 768px mobile-collapse breakpoint, and the no-nested-scrollbars rule enforced via wide/bleed patterns.
