What problem does it solve?
It prevents misleading claims about broken or “fixed” visual-communicator pages by turning visual QA into a repeatable, measurement-based checklist.

- Universal pre-ship audit for visual pages: verifies rendered HTML/SVG visualizations (reports, slides, diagrams, tables) conform to the plugin’s universal rules.
- Dev-browser measurement workflow: provides an ordered walk-through (R1–R41) with CDP snippet verification for each rule.
- Deterministic re-test loop: after each fix, re-runs only the relevant rule snippet and confirms both measured pass/fail and visual sanity via screenshot read-back.

Quick Start
