What problem does it solve?

Unified discovery workflow for the AOD Lifecycle's Discover stage. It coordinates idea capture, ICE scoring, evidence gathering, and PM validation with multiple entry points to tailor the flow for different needs.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Entry-point driven flows: /aod.discover (full flow), /aod.discover --seed (seed mode), /aod.idea (capture only), /aod.validate (PM validation).
  • Automated governance and artifact generation: ICE scores, evidence, user stories, backlog updates, and optional PM review depending on governance tier.
  • Backlog and issue integration: creates GitHub Issues with structured bodies and regenerates BACKLOG.md for consistent tracking.

Quick Start

Run /aod.discover to capture a new idea, score it with ICE, and prepare it for PM validation.
