High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I identify skill gaps in my project team?▼

Identify skill gaps by comparing current team proficiencies against project requirements to generate a skills inventory, a gap matrix classifying severity, and a closure plan to reduce delivery risk.

What is a skills gap analysis and when do I need it?▼

A skills gap analysis quantifies proficiency shortfalls within a project team against required competencies. You need it for proactive workforce planning and to mitigate delivery risks before they impact project milestones.

How do I create a training plan to close team competency gaps?▼
