SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

Unified planning and building into a single, guided AI-assisted pipeline that preserves context across sessions.

Core Features & Use Cases

Unified planning + build: orchestrates discovery, spec, design, sprint planning, and build with QA loops.
Checkpoint persistence: saves progress and decisions to resume work after interruptions.
Tri-agent coordination: synchronizes app-architect, ux-engineer, and code-auditor for end-to-end quality.
Gate-based progress: enforces stage gates and approvals before moving forward.
Cross-skill integration: interacts with stack-forge, code-auditor, deploy-ops, and git-ops to deliver software.

Quick Start

Initiate discovery to map your project from idea to roadmap with /discover.

Frequently Asked Questions about app-architect

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I unify software planning and build orchestration into a single pipeline?▼

Unify software planning and build orchestration by using a checkpointed pipeline that coordinates discovery, specification, design, sprint planning, and build phases with integrated QA loops. This enforces stage gates and approvals before moving forward.

How do I resume an interrupted app development sprint without losing context?▼

Resume an interrupted app development sprint through checkpoint persistence, which saves progress and decisions to restore work after interruptions. This ensures cross-skill coordination and uninterrupted collaboration across sessions.

Can I coordinate multiple agents for end-to-end software delivery and QA?▼

Coordinate multiple agents for end-to-end software delivery and QA through tri-agent synchronization across app-architect, ux-engineer, and code-auditor. This ensures cross-skill integration with stack-forge, deploy-ops, and git-ops.

What is the best way to manage stage gates and approvals during a code migration?▼

Manage stage gates and approvals during a code migration by applying a gated, checkpointed pipeline. This enforces structured progress across discovery, specification, design, and sprint phases before allowing forward movement.

Does app-architect support cross-skill integration for deploying new software?▼

App-architect supports cross-skill integration for deploying new software by interacting with stack-forge, code-auditor, deploy-ops, and git-ops. This delivers software through a guided AI-assisted pipeline that preserves context across sessions.

How do I start mapping a project from an idea to a roadmap?▼

Start mapping a project from an idea to a roadmap by initiating the discovery phase. This maps your project through discovery, specification, design, and sprint planning within the unified build pipeline.
