FAQPage Schema

How do I translate feature specs into high-level architecture designs?▼

Translating feature specs into high-level architecture designs involves mapping product features to system components and data flows. This process documents the component structure and data models in plain language to align stakeholders.

What is the best way to map features to system components and data flows?▼

The best way to map features to system components and data flows is by creating a high-level architecture design that documents component structure and data models in plain language to align stakeholders and reduce rework.

How do I create a solution architecture plan for a newly scoped feature?▼

To create a solution architecture plan for a newly scoped feature, you input the feature spec to generate component structure diagrams and clear justifications for design decisions, guiding frontend and backend choices without implementation details.

Does this architecture design approach include implementation details for developers?▼

No, this architecture design approach does not include implementation details. It focuses on high-level component structure, data flows, and clear justification of design decisions to align product teams and developers.

Can I use this to align stakeholders on tech decisions and dependencies?▼

Yes, you can use this to align stakeholders on tech decisions and dependencies. It provides clear justification of design decisions and high-level component diagrams to ensure product teams and developers share a common understanding.

Why should I generate high-level component diagrams instead of detailed implementation plans?▼

You should generate high-level component diagrams instead of detailed implementation plans to reduce rework and align stakeholders. It focuses on overall system design and data flows rather than exposing specific implementation details.
