What problem does it solve?

Projects lose institutional knowledge across sessions and conversations, leaving decisions, action items, and goals scattered in chat or docs. ARISE centralizes that transient context into a persistent, linked wiki so project state, weekly tasks, PRDs, transcripts, and decisions compound over time and remain discoverable.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Two Modes (Personal / Laboral): Interactive bootstraps tailored for individual weekly task rhythms or team-focused PRDs, org charts, transcripts, and decision logs.
• Automated Compacting & Carry-Over: Wires a /compact workflow to log sessions, mine chat history (if allowed), apply configurable carry-over rules for unfinished tasks, and create weekly task files with archival policies.
• Ingest & Sync Sources: Ingests documents, transcripts, and PRDs into .claude/wiki/, extracts action items, updates indexes, and enforces required fields and gap checks before proceeding.
• Agent Persona & Safety Rules: Appends CLAUDE.md, rules/arise.md, and agents/arise-agent.md to define agent behaviors, integrity rules, and mandatory checklists to prevent data loss or orphaned pages.
• Use Case Example: Onboarding a new project: run the interactive bootstrap, ingest existing PRDs and call notes, then rely on /compact to keep the wiki synchronized and action items tracked.
