What problem does it solve?

This skill bridges the gap between lightweight spec-lite planning and full feature pipelines, enabling medium-complexity changes to be planned, executed, and tracked with three artifacts in a standard session.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Spec-lite generation, structured plan, in-session execution, review-lite, and a unified change record.
  • Produces three artifacts in <plans-dir>/STANDARD_<name>/: a plan (STANDARD_<name>.md), a STANDARD_REPORT.json, and a CHANGE_RECORD.json.
  • Supports optional sketch integration and promotion when a sketch exists in arness-sketches, enabling reuse when available.
