What problem does it solve?
Extract and organize the feature backlog from all project artifacts, enabling a traceable path from idea to spec.
Core Features & Use Cases
- It ingests product concept, architecture vision, spike results, style brief, static and clickable prototypes, use cases, journeys, debates, and visual grounding assets to assemble a prioritized feature backlog.
- It generates per-feature entries with references to upstream documents and maps journeys to features for traceability.
- Optional: It prepares artifact references for uploading to an issue tracker and feeds into downstream specification steps.
Quick Start
Run the /arn-spark-feature-extract command in your repository root to generate a comprehensive feature backlog from all available artifacts.
