What problem does it solve?
Deferred visual testing layers after project milestones can stall without a re-evaluation of readiness. This skill provides a structured approach to validate those layers, run sequential readiness checks, and promote layers that meet criteria, updating CLAUDE.md and strategy docs accordingly.
