What problem does it solve?

Configures ADO service hooks and PR pipeline policies from a central infra.json to enable consistent automation across hub and consumer projects.

  • Per-repo PR Answer hooks and per-repo PR Review build policies to scale automation across multiple repos.
  • Hub-managed Work Item hooks (optional) to route work-item events to the appropriate agents with idempotent safeguards.
  • Infra-driven orchestration: reads .ai/automation/infra.json and scm.base-branch from .ai/config.yaml to determine scope, targets, and branch filters.
