SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill facilitates the creation of structured Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) that document critical Azure infrastructure choices, aiding transparency and future reference.

Core Features & Use Cases

Decision Documentation: Generate comprehensive ADRs capturing context, options, and outcomes for Azure projects.
WAF Pillar Analysis: Map decisions to all five Well-Architected Framework pillars for risk assessment.
Trade-off Analysis: Document alternatives and rationales clearly for informed stakeholder review.
Use Case: When selecting between Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, this Skill structures the decision, evaluates impact on security, performance, and cost, and records the outcome for future audits.

Quick Start

Create an ADR describing why Azure Front Door was chosen over Application Gateway to optimize global performance.
