FAQPage Schema

How do I build a modular ERC-4337 smart contract wallet?▼

You can build a modular ERC-4337 smart contract wallet using the EIP-2535 Diamond standard, which enables flexible and upgradeable wallet features through individual facets. This approach simplifies account abstraction while maintaining upgradeability.

How does account abstraction handle different signature schemes?▼

Account abstraction can support swappable signature schemes including ECDSA, P256 for Passkeys, and multi-signature verification. This allows developers to integrate modern authentication methods directly into the smart contract wallet architecture.

Do I need to know Solidity to implement ERC-4337 account abstraction?▼

Yes, implementing ERC-4337 account abstraction requires a solid understanding of Solidity, smart contract development, and the ERC-4337 specification to properly customize and integrate the modular wallet components.

What is the best way to add new features to an EIP-2535 Diamond smart contract wallet?▼

The best way to add new features to an EIP-2535 Diamond smart contract wallet is by developing and integrating new facets. This modular architecture allows you to upgrade wallet functionality without altering the core contract.

Can I use passkeys for user authentication in a smart contract wallet?▼

Yes, you can use passkeys for user authentication in a smart contract wallet by implementing the P256 signature scheme. This provides a secure and modern authentication method within your account abstraction implementation.

How do I enable gasless transactions in my dApp using account abstraction?▼

You can enable gasless transactions in your dApp by integrating an ERC-4337 compliant smart contract wallet. This account abstraction implementation handles gas sponsorship and enhances the overall user experience.
