SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill eliminates the manual, error-prone work of coordinating large sets of interdependent Notion tasks across multiple work sessions, ensuring no dependency conflicts or duplicate work occur during batch execution.

Core Features & Use Cases

Global Dependency Graph Building: Automatically parses task dependencies across Notion projects and milestones to create a unified execution graph.
Wave-Based Execution Planning: Topologically sorts tasks into parallelizable waves with overlap and collision detection to maximize throughput.
Use Case: A product team with 50+ linked feature tasks across 3 Notion milestones can use this Skill to automatically sequence work, assign tasks to parallel sessions, and handle merge choreography without manual tracking.

Quick Start

Use the batch-orchestrator skill to plan and execute all open tasks in your linked Notion project and milestone URLs.

Frequently Asked Questions about batch-orchestrator

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I batch execute interdependent Notion tasks without dependency conflicts?▼

Batch execute interdependent Notion tasks by applying automated global DAG construction and wave-based topological sorting to sequence work, detect collisions, and handle merge choreography across parallel sessions.

What is wave-based topological sorting for parallel task processing?▼

Wave-based topological sorting is a planning mechanism that organizes interdependent tasks into parallelizable execution waves, maximizing throughput while detecting overlaps and dependency collisions across Notion projects.

Can I coordinate linked tasks across multiple Notion milestones in parallel?▼

Yes, you can coordinate linked tasks across multiple Notion milestones by parsing dependencies into a unified global execution graph and dispatching parallel task waves to subagents for batch execution.

How do I plan and execute all open tasks from linked Notion project URLs?▼

Provide your linked Notion project and milestone URLs to automatically parse task dependencies, build a global execution graph, prepare environments, dispatch subagents, and manage merge choreography end-to-end.

What is the best way to handle merge choreography for large sets of linked Notion tasks?▼

Manage merge choreography for large sets of linked Notion tasks by using wave-based execution planning with collision detection to sequence parallel work and eliminate duplicate execution errors across sessions.

Why does manual batch execution of Notion tasks cause dependency conflicts?▼

Manual batch execution causes dependency conflicts because it lacks automated global DAG construction and collision detection, leading to duplicate work and missed dependencies across interlinked Notion projects.
