FAQPage Schema

How do I standardize best-practice documentation for an AI squad workflow?▼

To standardize best-practice documentation for an AI squad, you must enforce strict YAML frontmatter validation, manage cross-reference integrity, and ensure versioning for core library files. This guarantees all operational knowledge remains structured and discoverable.

What is the best way to maintain cross-reference integrity in standardized documentation?▼

Maintaining cross-reference integrity in standardized documentation requires managing a central catalog file to ensure all entries are correctly linked and meet minimum quality thresholds for principles, techniques, and vocabulary guidance.

How do I create a compliant best-practice file that includes coding standards and anti-patterns?▼

To create a compliant best-practice file for coding standards, follow an interactive checklist to generate a document containing core principles, anti-patterns, and quality criteria that integrates perfectly with existing squad workflows.

Do I need specific format validation for Markdown structure in best-practice guidelines?▼

Yes, specific format validation for Markdown structure is required for best-practice guidelines. Automatically enforcing strict YAML frontmatter and Markdown formatting ensures fragmented operational knowledge meets necessary quality thresholds.

Why does my best-practice catalog have disconnected or poorly linked documentation entries?▼

A best-practice catalog has disconnected documentation entries when central catalog management is neglected. Managing this catalog ensures all best-practice files are correctly linked, versioned, and discoverable within the framework.

Can I use automated validation to enforce quality thresholds for principles and vocabulary guidance?▼

Yes, you can use automated validation to enforce quality thresholds for principles and vocabulary guidance. This ensures all newly created best-practice documentation meets the minimum structural standards required by the framework.
