SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Direct Bitrix database access is required when ORM cannot handle bulk operations, complex SQL, migrations, or multi-connection tasks.

Core Features & Use Cases

Direct access to Database connections via Application::getConnection and Bitrix DB interfaces (MysqliConnection, Pgsql etc) for raw SQL, migrations, and bulk operations.
Supports transactions (startTransaction/commitTransaction/rollbackTransaction), DDL and migrations, and multi-connection workflows.
Suitable for bulk inserts, data migrations, reports, analytics, and external database work.

Quick Start

Run a migration or bulk data operation directly against Bitrix databases, bypassing ORM when needed.
