What problem does it solve?
Analyzes capability gaps within a skill package to determine if a new skill is needed and generates a draft plan for the new skill.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Gap analysis: reads the current_skill_inventory (or loads it automatically) and references gap-checklist.md to determine coverage.
- Plan generation: classifies gaps as fully covered, partially covered, or missing, and outputs a capability_gap_analysis plan and a reuse_plan.
- Artifact production: when gaps exist, generates a candidate skill_spec, a SKILL.md draft, and triggers for tests to validate the new skill.
Quick Start
Generate a draft skill proposal and the initial SKILL.md for the identified capability gap.
