This Skill helps product managers discover the behavioral patterns and structural feedback failures they cannot see themselves, turning vague worries into a prioritized set of actionable blind spots.

- Structured 12-question interview that probes seven PM behavior clusters (communication, decision quality, team empowerment, presence & execution, research & grounding, listening & openness, people & care).
- Pattern mapping and disqualifier checks that translate answers into explicit and implicit gaps, name PM-disqualifying behaviors when present, and surface why those gaps are invisible.
- Prioritized remediation guidance delivering 2–4 blind spots with clear costs and one concrete, observable next step each, plus routing options to roleplay or situation retrospective modes.
- Use Case: A mid-level PM asks for an honest audit after multiple team frictions and receives a ranked report of the most damaging, invisible behaviors and a starter action to test in the next sprint.
