What problem does it solve?
Initialize project configuration by generating BMAD workflow knowledge from the codebase. This process creates workflow-context.md and a set of knowledge files that describe the project's stack, infrastructure, conventions, domain vocabulary, and more, enabling consistent activation of Claude Code workflows.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Knowledge extraction & generation: scans the repository to infer stack, infrastructure, conventions, domain glossary, and API surface, and generates structured knowledge files.
- Frontmatter with provenance: each knowledge draft includes staleness-tracking frontmatter (generated date and source hash) for traceability.
- Workflow readiness: prepares context and knowledge artifacts to accelerate setup of BMAD workflows in new or migrating projects.
