This Skill provides intelligent workflow routing and comprehensive status management for development projects. It ensures teams follow the correct methodology (BMAD for complex, OpenSpec for simple) and always know "what's next," eliminating confusion and streamlining project progression.

Core Features & Use Cases

Workflow Initialization: Assesses project complexity (Level 0-4) and initializes the appropriate BMAD or OpenSpec workflow, setting the right foundation.
Status Tracking & Guidance: Reads and updates project status files, reporting the current phase, completed artifacts, blockers, and recommending precise next actions.
Phase Transition Management: Validates phase gates and manages transitions between project stages, ensuring all prerequisites are met before progression.
