What problem does it solve?
Body recomposition monitoring across TRT programs can be time-consuming and opaque. This skill automates ingestion of recomp_data.json and produces a concise weekly SITREP with phase analysis, KPIs, trends, and flags to guide decisions.

- Ingests weekly body composition data, photos, labs, and phase deltas from recomp_data.json to produce a clear progress narrative.
- Generates a structured SITREP including header, KPI snapshot, phase performance, current vs last week, flags, and lab status.

Quick Start
Run the ingestion script to update recomp_data.json and review the generated SITREP in the designated output location.
