What problem does it solve?

Establishes a repeatable workflow for Forever Engine developers to work with BOXOPHOBIC's The Visual Engine (TVE) by converting prefabs to TVE shaders, wiring global wind/season/weather data, and debugging the URP shader stack, while guiding Gaia spawners and NatureManufacture integrations and checking module availability.
