It centralizes interactive research, structured questionnaires, multi-LLM review, and a hard user gate before transitioning to planning and implementation.

• Multi-LLM review & ADR output: supports single, parallel, and debate modes with star-chamber review, synthesizes architecture, and emits RFC‑2119 ADRs in docs/adr/ with a user acceptance gate.
