FAQPage Schema

How do I transform brainstorming ideas into detailed design specifications?▼

To transform brainstorming ideas into design specifications, provide project context and constraints to initiate a collaborative dialogue that refines concepts into a comprehensive design document. The process involves targeted clarifying questions and presents 2-3 design approaches with trade-offs for user approval.

What is the best way to facilitate collaborative design discussions for project management?▼

Collaborative design discussions are facilitated by analyzing existing project files, asking one-at-a-time clarifying questions, and presenting design proposals section by section to ensure team alignment. Stakeholders approve each section before documentation is generated.

Do I need existing project documentation to generate a UI/UX design proposal?▼

Existing project documentation is not strictly required but is highly recommended to generate a UI/UX design proposal, as analyzing context helps refine ideas. You must provide project context, desired features, and constraints for the design generation process to work effectively.

How to create an implementation plan after a design specification is approved?▼

To create an implementation plan after design specification approval, the brainstorming process invokes the writing-plans skill. This generates a detailed implementation plan and commits the final comprehensive design document to git for version control and team review.

Can I get multiple design approaches with trade-offs for a new product feature?▼

You can get multiple design approaches with trade-offs for a new product feature by inputting your conceptual ideas and constraints. The design proposal phase presents 2-3 distinct approaches along with a specific recommendation before proceeding to final documentation.
