SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Brainstorming helps translate vague ideas and intricate requirements into clear design direction, ensuring you understand scope, constraints, and success criteria before any implementation.

Core Features & Use Cases

Structured inquiry guides conversation with one clarifying question at a time to refine goals.
Approach synthesis proposes 2-3 design approaches with trade-offs and a recommended path.
Documentation handoff outputs a design document ready for implementation planning.

Quick Start

Start a guided brainstorming session by sharing your project context and asking for the first clarifying question.

FAQPage Schema

How do I turn vague project ideas into a structured design plan?▼

To turn vague ideas into a structured design plan, you need to provide explicit project context, a goal statement, and success criteria. The tool uses a one-question-at-a-time dialogue to refine scope and outputs a design document ready for implementation.

What is the best way to scope project requirements before implementation?▼

Scoping requirements before implementation is best handled through structured inquiry at the ideation phase. By guiding discussions one question at a time, the tool identifies constraints and proposes 2-3 design approaches with trade-offs and a recommended path forward.

How do I start a brainstorming session for feature architecture and UX design?▼

Start a brainstorming session for feature architecture and UX by sharing your project context and asking for the first clarifying question. The guided discussion will synthesize approaches and generate a design outline for your architecture and user experience.

Does this ideation process work for team collaboration on design docs?▼

Yes, the ideation process supports team collaboration by requiring explicit user context and success criteria to guide discussions. It outputs a finalized design document that ensures all team members understand the scope and recommended path before implementation.

What do I need to provide to generate a design document from an idea?▼

To generate a design document from an idea, you need to provide explicit user context, a goal statement, and success criteria. This input allows the tool to evaluate trade-offs and produce a design outline with a recommended path forward.
