SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve? Marketing strategists often receive incomplete or poorly structured input documents from business areas, leading to weak campaign briefs. This Skill provides an official 14-criteria rubric to systematically score any input document (max 21 points) and decide whether it is ready to move to planning. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Weighted Scoring System: Seven critical criteria worth 2 points each and seven important criteria worth 1 point each, with covered/partial/absent states. - Approval Bands: Maps total scores to four outcomes (APROBADO, CON GAPS, INCOMPLETO, RECHAZADO) with clear next actions. - Gap-to-Question Generation: Converts missing criteria into a maximum of 5 prioritized, jargon-free questions for the requesting area. - Use Case: A strategist receives a product launch document from the Devices team, scores it against the rubric, finds it rates 11/21, and automatically generates targeted questions about audience definition and expected customer action before briefing the Planner. ## Quick Start Evaluate this input document from the commercial area against the brief quality rubric and tell me its score and which questions to send back.

Frequently Asked Questions about Brief Quality Rubric

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema
How do I evaluate the quality of a marketing brief?

Score the document against 14 criteria: seven critical ones worth 2 points each and seven important ones worth 1 point each. Each criterion is marked covered, partial, or absent, producing a total out of 21 points that maps to an approval band.

What score does a brief need to pass to the planner?

A brief scoring 18-21 is approved and can pass directly to the Planner. Scores of 13-17 indicate gaps to complete, 8-12 requires a session with the area, and 0-7 means the document is rejected as raw material.

How are clarification questions selected from rubric gaps?

Select a maximum of five questions ordered by score impact. Absent critical criteria always go first, then partial critical criteria, then important criteria that directly affect the Planner or Creative Copywriter output.

Should the business area see the rubric scores and criteria codes?

No. The rubric is internal to the strategist agent. The area never sees criterion codes, badges, or scores; they only receive concrete questions written in conversational, jargon-free language.

What are the warning signs of a low-quality input document?

Key signals include starting with product lists instead of strategy, targeting all customers without segmentation, multiple objectives with equal priority, only sell-out data without customer insights, and delivery dates with no iteration margin.
