What problem does it solve?

Helps teams and AI orchestrators quickly determine which specialized agents and structured workflow to run by guiding the user through an interactive assessment and scorecard. It reduces guesswork when onboarding ideas, diagnosing repo states, or deciding a path from idea to implementation.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Interactive scorecard: Ten targeted questions that score project clarity, constraints, UX needs, code ownership, security, integrations, performance, and analytics priorities.
• Automatic mode: A non-interactive --auto option that applies default maximum activation and annotates decisions in the changelog for rapid runs.
• Decision rules & outputs: Maps aggregated scores to recommended agents, activation rules, and one of several workflow templates (A/B/C/D), then writes a structured assessment file and updates the project changelog.
• Use Case: Use during a brainstorming kickoff to classify project type (T1–T5), get a ranked list of agents to run, and generate a next-step plan in brainstorm/00-assessment.md.
