What problem does it solve?
This Skill acts as the memory steward of your Claude Cabinet, ensuring built capabilities are adopted and surfaced when relevant, reducing drift between what was built and what users actually use.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Surface underused features during orient, detect manual workarounds during sessions, log adoption progress in a feature ledger, and embed discoverability into workflows so features are more likely to be used.
- Track adoption along the ladder (built -> documented -> tested -> used -> habitual -> load-bearing) and alert when progress stalls, repeating spotlights only as needed.
- Use cases include auditing new features after release, updating the ledger after debrief, and ensuring critical capabilities remain visible in daily workflows.
